true enough, im finally at the top end of players in AO.
only taken me 5yrs to get to 218/15/60 out of 220/30/70.
Cool thing they added a while back was an inspect function, so you can look at the other players gear & equipment.

Oh my lord have i seen some embaressing setups, that the guy gets punted & told to least put some effort into trying to play.
Least i can say it cos im not great but my setup isnt completely gimp, more the cheap side of good.
Due really to being unable to pay over 3billion creds for a set of armour, an only haveing 1m creds in my banks >_<

Been wasting some of my time with Khan Wars (poor user support, lots of bugs, and LOADS of buggers who keep spending insane amounts of money and time), and Utopia Kingdoms, which is a clone of Khan Wars (still with insane, money spending, number crunching buggers, but little to no bugs and a very good customer support), but with a fantasy setting.

It's been ages since I've actually played a PC game (not counting minutes spent playing Warcraft III in my nephew's house). =\

Started playing Freeciv. So far, so good. The only problem I have with it (and I haven't googled around for possible fixes) is that there's no graphical representation of the technology tree.

lately I play Company of Heroes most of the time. Although I keep losnig my nerves quite a lot playing that thing, it still keeps my attention. I passed Fallout 1&2 again recently. Also I want to start playing new Monkey Islands but I just can't start. Hmm, I guess that'd be all . Oh, and counter-strike, got an source version via Steam australopihappylibus 40,000 BC - 30,000 BC?

Been playing PES 2010 for XBox 360. While it looks fine, there are more than a few things which could be improved. For example, if you decide to play on the highest difficulty level, your opponents don't get a whole lot better (they do get better, just not a lot better), and your team gets crippled because they tire faster (that was my impression after playing more than a few matches, anyway, I could be wrong), it takes them forever to pass the ball or to shoot (or do anything when you press any of the non-directional action buttons), as opposed to that minimal lag on lower difficulty levels. And passing is horribly done - it makes no difference where you point the player with the ball, he'll pass where you don't want him to.

Other things I disliked, which are not really gameplay related:

1. Scorer and assist lists you used to see (on PS 2, for example) when you pause the match are gone.
2. You can't see your opponent's formation or current squad if you go to your team management menu (again, as opposed to PS 2).
3. Still no half-time marks for all the players.
4. No comments on certain players' game. There were some in PS 2 - if you were to go to match details (or whatever the option is called) after the match, you'd see comments on how some of the players played the match.
5. As far as I can tell, you can't play World Cup qualifiers (you could on PS 2).
6. No more WEN / PES points, and things to unlock by spending them.
7. No more silly stuff (dog heads, riding ostriches and dinosaurs etc).
8. Skill cards are interesting, but shouldn't be for basic stuff, just more advanced.

I think there are more of these small annoyances, but that's about all I can think of now. On the plus side, though, you can still make hideous (but skilled) players, and I guess that's why I'm still playing the game. The winning smile

Recently been playing Colin McRae Dirt 2 for the PS3. Amazing graphics, unbelievable detail. Awesome crashes. The winning smile

Loved the first Dirt on PS3, and I am totally loving the second version. One of my favourite cars at the moment is the Mitsubishi Evo X. Wicked speed, and great handling.

Looking forward to WRC for PS3 in october. The first WRC release this side of Next Gen Console Gaming. Also looking forward Gran Turismo 5 (YES! It's finally being released! I might already be a millionaire! ) in november.

Love my racing/rally games, and the way the graphic and physics engines are shaping up, it can only get better.

Bring on the Playstation Four I say. Damn he's good

P.s, Watch this space for video footage of me crashing a car...  Do I dare believe it might not be butter?

CoD: MW2 or Transformers War for Cybertron have been stuck in the ps3 for a fair bit now.
Transformers is kinda like quake or unreal to play but multi is bit onesided against higher lvl players.
they gets better upgrades  We'll see about that...

modern warefare 2 ive doing surprisingly better than any other instances of the game, but still you die for being shot even though the guy doesnt even have you in his sights... and grenades still follow a player then thrown.
kinda pish but after a few beers i find i care little bout dying =P

Wait, those grenades act as heat seekers or what? o_O

Played some Arkham Horror, a hideously difficult board game. Great artwork, great gameplay.

na, just that when throwing or shooting the game has a built-in auto aimed feature that even if your shooting off target it still connects >_<
One of my biggest gripes bout teh series is that.

after you die you watch the kill-cam and even though they shoot next to ye & miss, you still somehow die...
same with grenades, they bounce & roll closer to players.
worst one was a throwing knife over a building & you see it swing towards some player running behind the building.
